Below you will find a list of 4 packages with descriptions and prices. I offer a free thirty-minute consultation so that I can answer any questions you have and to help you find the right services for you and your loved one.
Package A: $199
- Advance Healthcare Directives:
Guidance through end-of-life options to complete the appropriate
Advance Healthcare Directives paperwork.
- Share the Care:
Sharing responsibility is the key to not burning out, using the Share the Care model I can help you set up a network for friends and family that want to help.
- Family Caregiver Training:
Education on what to expect as you move through the dying process to relieve some of the anxiety around the transition.
- Vigil Planning:
Guidance on ways that the dying and their loved ones can create meaningful space for the last few hours of life.
Package B: $399
- Everything included in Package A, plus:
- Getting affairs in order:
After a loved one dies, there are a lot of loose ends to tie up and having all of the paperwork in one place will make this easier when family is grieving. I will help you know what you need, help you navigate the important paperwork, and put it all in one place so that it is easy to find when needed.
- Funeral Planning:
There are a lot of options available today for funeral services and body deposition. I can help navigate the process and help you make the best choices for you or your loved one.
Package C: $1,300
- Everything included in Package A & B, plus:
- All access support:
Phone calls, text, virtual calls and emails support to offer continued guidance for you and your family throughout the end of life and the early stages of dying.
- Caregiver support:
Two 60-minute visits where I can talk with the caregiver about any questions or concerns, offer suggestions on self-care, and give them time to themselves while providing care to their loved one.
-Client Support:
Two 60-miuntue visits where I will provide holistic, nonjudgmental, non-medical support to those nearing the end of life, providing them with individual attention and conversation.
- Creating a Sacred Space:
There are ways we can arrange a living space to make it more comfortable for the client and caregivers, I will help with designing and arranging the space to meet your wants and needs.
- Mourning Doula Support:
My care doesn't end when your loved one passes away. After the funeral I will provide one visit a week for a month, one at 3 months, one at 6 months, and one on the year anniversary of the death.
Package D: $3,000
- Everything included in Package A, B & C, plus:
- Legacy Projects:
1-2 visits where I will help you create a physical remembrance of your or your loved one's life story or values, to be passed onto the next generation or be left as a memorial, a gift to those left behind.
- Goodbye Parties:
Having the opportunity to say goodbye to friends and family before we pass on is a special gift. I can help you plan a party to celebrate life before it ends.
- Holding Vigil:
Providing comfort, support and advocacy during the active dying phase and ensuring that the vigil plan we created earlier is carried out when possible.
- Funeral Support:
I will be there to support loved ones and be the point person so that everything goes smooth, and the family can focus on mourning.
